Network Business Unit has a very strong project management team supported by senior engineers and very experienced Project Managers. This Business Unit is responsible for providing services of RF survey, MW Survey, Drive test & optimization, RF & MW Planning. Implementation group is responsible for Installation & Commissioning of BTS, MW, OLTE & other Telecom equipment installation related activities. This Business Unit also supports BTS and MW O&M activity for the equipment of all telecom equipment suppliers.

This BU is responsible for following activities:

• RF and MW engineering which includes RF and MW surveys, MW planning, network RF and MW audits , RF optimization.
• Telecom Network I&C which includes I&C of GSM & CDMA equipment, Optical equipment & miscellaneous equipment used in telecom cell site or switching centers.
• Telecom Network O&M which includes O&M of BTS, MW and optical equipment.
